Have you ever wished your school had a little bit of extra cash to provide material for children, or complete a project that has been long outstanding?

Well now you can help your school do this.

We have a new Schools' Award where each month we donate £1,000 to a primary or secondary school nominated by you! The money supports a non-profit scheme that will benefit the school, its pupils and teachers.

Examples of projects include:

* musical instruments
* games equipment
* sports/team kit
* playground project
* computers, scanners and printers - hardware and software
* stationery and books
* painting materials
* gardening materials
* an eco-friendly initiative.

To apply, all you have to do is download this application form or contact Candis for a Community Schools Award application form, tel: 0151 632 7740, or email jane@candis.co.uk. Once you have completed the form, simply pop it in the post to Jane Janaway, Candis, Newhall Publications Ltd, Newhall Lane, Hoylake, Wirral CH47 4BQ. We will usually give you an answer within six to eight weeks of receipt.
